Scott Hamilton
Scott Hamilton is an Atlanta native who grew up in Johns Creek, played basketball at the University of Georgia, Studied language in China, ran Marathons, was a Vegan for 2 years, and now resides with his wife and business partner Jennie, her 2 kids and his 4 in North Atlanta.
Scott began his real estate career at RE/MAX in 2007 just before the market crashed. Despite the challenging market he was able to grow his business every year as a Top Producer and individual agent there until 2018.
In 2018 Scott was recruited by and joined Keller Williams #1 Team in the Southeast Region to handle their Listing Portfolio and become their Lead Listing Agent. Through specialization and focus on Listings, Scott was the teams #1 agent each year with 50+ Sold units and more than 22 Million in Volume per year.
In 2021 Scott decided to create his own Team and build his own Real Estate Business with his partner and wife. In 2022 Scott and the team worked with 31 families and sold more than 23 Million in Real Estate landing them in the Top 1% of Real Estate Agents.
Jennie Hamilton
Jennie began her real estate career with Keller Williams in 2011. Realizing she wanted to be a part of something bigger than herself, she joined the #1 Team in her office, and in her first full year on the team, she sold 44 homes and was named as Rookie of the Year for the Southeast Region for 2012.
On the team, Jennie served in all agent roles and helped lead the team to the #1 spot in the Keller Williams Southeast Region during her time as Director of Sales. In her career, she has sold over 450 homes and hired and led numerous agents.
Training, coaching, and consulting are Jennie’s true passions. She's traveled throughout the Southeast Region, and virtually throughout the country, hosting masterminds and training events for the top agents and teams. She has served as Area Director for the Southeast Region, Director of Operations for three real estate training programs, and has consulted and coached top real estate teams on business planning and best practices.
Jennie graduated from Georgia State University summa cum laude with a BA in Journalism and Communication. She is married to Scott and they work alongside one another to raise their blended family of 6 children and share in their passion of running a real estate business together.
Katelyn Adkins - Client Transaction Manager
With over 10 years of real estate experience, Katelyn brings a wealth of knowledge to each transaction. Fully licensed to sell Real Estate Katelyn has thrived on the Operations side of the business in numerous roles.
Katelyn prides herself on Excellent Communication, Strong Organizational skills, being Urgent and having a high level of attention to detail. Her goals are simple: to facilitate the smoothest transaction possible and to handle the details so you can close your home with ease! You will love working with Katelyn from contract to close!
When Katelyn is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, especially on the Lake. Katelyn and her husband, John, have two boys, John Jr. and William and a Westie pup that is the cutest dog you've ever seen named Finley (Finn). Katelyn also enjoys traveling, going to concerts, spa days, and dining out with girlfriends.
